Singer Harini’s father AK Rao’s dead body found, murder alleged

Well-known playback singer and Carnatic music exponent Harini is bereaved. Her father AK Rao, who was the CEO of Sujana Foundation (of Sujana Chowdary), was found dead today at a railway track near Bengaluru.

As per the police, the death is a mystery as of now. Early reports by the Telugu electronic media are claiming that AK Rao and his family were not there at their Srinagar Colony residence in Hyderabad for a week before the incident came to light.

The family members of Rao have registered a complaint with the police. An investigation is on. It’s reported that wounds and injuries were found on Rao’s neck.

It’s not known why Rao’s family members were untraceable for a week. As per media reports, even their phones were off. They couldn’t be reached for a week until they surfaced complaining about Rao’s death.
