Simran heaps praise on Madhavan ahead of ‘Rocketry: Nambi Effect’ release!

Madhavan’s directorial debut ‘Rocketry: Nambi Effect’ has been released in theatres today and is gaining positive reviews all over. Madhavan and Simran have played the roles of Nambi Narayanan and Meena Narayanan respectively in the biopic drama.

On Thursday, Simran shared a photo with Madhavan on her Instagram page and heaped praise on the actor ahead of the film’s release. The two were posing for a selfie in the picture. It is worth mentioning that the veteran actors have shared screen space already in K Balachander’s ‘Paarthale Paravasam’ and Mani Ratnam’s ‘Kannathil Muthamittal’.

Sharing the image, she wrote, “From playing Simi & Dr. Madhava in Paarthale Paravasam to Indira & Thiru in Kannathil Muthamittal, to playing Mr. and Mrs. Nambi Narayanan, nothing much has changed ?? !! It was wonderful to work on your directorial debut in addition to sharing the screen with you after 20 long years! You are the BEST, Maddy @actormaddy!” (sic).
