Simbu eschews Twitter negativity, quits

If the likes of Vijay Devarakonda are not even on social media as they find it too negative, some of them are finding it too difficult to handle.  And one of them has actually called it quits.  It's the Tamil star Simbu.

"In spite of negativism, positivity was my forte but today's social media !!! Negativity is too dominating, and I'm scared to be a part," he said on Monday, before bidding adieu to the "negative" world of Twitter!

"Social media was necessary as a celebrity, but I prefer to follow my heart.  So before I depart, just wanna say. Always choose love :)" he said as a parting shot.

Days before he deleted his Twitter page, Simbu was in the midst of a mischievous controversy.  A photoshopped post of his was floated and it was widely publicized that he wanted to marry Oviya.
