Shakeela’s ‘Seelavathi’ trailer out; release confirmed

Seelavathi’ is Shakeela’s 250th movie. Allegedly based on a true incident, the film is a comedy-horror.  Going by the presence of Shakeela, you may assume that it’s an adult movie but the makers have made it clear that it’s not.   

Directed by Sai Raam Dasari, this one also stars Geetha in a key role.  Produced by Raghava M. Ganesh and Veeru Basimsetti, the curiously-titled film has music by Prajwal Krish.

Set to hit the screens in the month of September, ‘Seelavathi’ has a “film within a film” trope to generate comedy.  Shot mainly indoors, the story mainly revolves around 3-4 characters, driven by Shakeela’s character.
