Celebrated character actor and leading man Kevin Spacey has come out as a gay man but after actor Antony Rapp alleged that when he was fourteen years old the senior actor had tried to make sexual advances to him after a party but he escaped.  

Anthony Rapp, who has starred in 'Star Trek: Discovery' said that he was the only non-adult in the party that happened when he was 14 and Spacey 26.  According to him he was watching tv in a room till after midnight when everyone else was gone and Spacey obviously drunk carried him like a bride to the bed and lying on him tried to make sexual advances but he squirmed through and escaped.

Kevin Spacey has won Best Actor Oscar for 'American Beauty' and Best Supporting Actor Oscar for 'Usual Suspects' and is one of the most respected actors on the globe.  Here is his statement regarding the issue apologizing to Anthony Rapp and his coming out as a homosexual man.
