Sekhar Kammula’s next with Venkatesh!?

After Godavari release in 2006, Sekhar Kammula was in talks with Nagarjuna, Venkatesh for their next films. He tried few stories they did not click, hence, he shifted his focus to Happy Days. He wanted to make a breezy love drama with Power Star Pawan Kalyan. But that too did not happen. 

He went ahead with Rana Daggubati’s debut movie Leader and it created a big impact in masses for him. Even though film did not turn out to be a Blockbuster, it got back commercially good amounts for a debut hero movie but did get a name that the movie went on over the budget. 

Hence, he couldn’t go ahead with his plans to make movies with stars and Life is Beautiful failed for him. Finally, with Fidaa, he could make a sensational comeback. He finished Love Story with Chaitanya Akkineni and Sai Pallavi as leads sans few scenes. Once that shoot is over, movie release will be planned. 

Now, the latest buzz is that Venkatesh liked the two ideas that Sekhar told him and he is excited about one particular one. Genre is slightly different from his regular movies also, it seems. This film will go on floors once Sekhar completes the script and Corona Virus Disease-19 scare is over.
