Actor Sasikumar's last three films 'Brahmman', 'Tharai Thappattai' and 'Vetrivel' failed to bring any commercial fortunes and the creator of the classic film 'Subramaniapuram' badly needs a break in Kollywood.
Sasikumar is presently working on 'Kidaari' directed by Prashanth Murugesan a former associate of Vasanthabalan. This film stars Sasikumar in the lead role. The first look poster which features Sasikumar as an angry rural man was released a few days ago and was widely shared in social media.
Now we learn that the shooting of 'Kidaari' has been wrapped up yesterday and the team will start post production works soon. Darbuka Siva who made his acting debut in 'Rajathandhiram' will be debuting as a music director with this film. Veteran actor Napoleon is acting in an important role in this film and this will be his reentry in Kollywood after a gap of many years.
Very soon, we can also expect an announcement on Sasikumar's next film after 'Kidaari'.
