Non bailable arrest warrant against Suriya, Sathyaraj, Sarathkumar and five others

In the year 2009, during a Nadigar Sangam meeting Sathyaraj, Sarathkumar, Sri Priya, Vivek, Suriya, Vijay Kumar, Arun Vijay and Cheran apparently made derogatory remarks against news reporters. One Rozario filed a case in the Nilgiris Criminal Court against the eight actors.

The case had seen many hearings, but none of the eight actors appeared before the court and today the 23rd of May the same happened. Judge Senthilkumar Rajavel has issued non bailable arrest warrants against all the eight actors.
