This whole week the big news that hogged the limelight is Vijay Sethupathi getting on board as the chief antagonist opposite Vijay in 'Thalapathy 64'. Now the news has just landed that Vijay Sethupathi's 'Sanga Thamizhan' will hit the screens on Diwali day and clash head on with Thalapathy Vijay's 'Bigil' at the box office.

'Sanga Thamizhan' produced by Vijaya Productions has been acquired by Libra Productions Raveendran who has confirmed the Diwali release. The film directed by Vijay Chander has Vijay Sethupathi playing dual roles for the first time in his career with Nivetha Pethuraj and Raashi Khanna as the leading ladies. Soori is the comedian while Nasser, Ashutosh Rana and John Vijay are the antagonists.
