Samantha’s sudden decision to take a hiatus from work – Deets inside

Samantha is a leading and highly acclaimed actress in the Indian film industry. She has been going through a hard time on the personal front. Sam announced her divorce last year and faced hatred. Earlier this year, she revealed that she is battling the auto-immune condition Myositis. 

Now, it is being said that the talented actress is planning to take a hiatus from work. According to a recent report by India Today, Samantha has decided to take a long break from films to focus on her health and recuperate completely. She will wrap up the shooting of her upcoming film, ‘Kushi’, with Vijay Deverakonda before her long break.

Reportedly, Sam has opted out of the Bollywood films she signed since she didn’t want those projects to be delayed because of her. She wanted to recover completely and come back to the film industry to give her best as always. Meanwhile, there were some speculations that Samantha is playing a negative role in Thalapathy 67. It is yet to be seen if it is true.
