Samantha indirect punch to Pooja Hegde

Almost a day after Pooja Hegde’s Instagram post said that the ‘Aravindha Sametha’ actress doesn’t think Samantha Akkineni looks pretty, the war of words between loyalists of Pooja and fans of Samantha continues.  What is surprising is that Samantha seems to have given an indirect punch to the ‘Maharshi’ actress.  

A while ago on Thursday, here is what Samantha retweeted: “Kill them with your success and bury them with your pretty smile”.  This comment is by ‘118’ producer Mahesh Koneru.  

Although the quotation sounds quite generic, anything can be read into it in the given context.  

Earlier in the day, Sam put out a pic of hers.  She didn’t sport make-up in it.  Was it her way of saying that she doesn’t care for physical prettiness?  May be or may not be.

Samantha’s fans have got a morale booster in the form of Chinmayi Sripada, the voice of the ‘Majili’ actress.  The playback singer and dubbing artist made two tweets in support of Sam, adding that her philanthropic activities make her what she is.
