Samantha roped in for an item number in Allu Arjun’s biggie?

Samantha is constantly on the headlines after her split from Naga Chaitanya. We also hear that she has increased her remuneration amount after becoming single again. Now a hot update about the ‘Super Deluxe’ actress has surfaced on the internet.

For the past few days, reports are rife that the makers of Pushpa were in talks with Samantha for a special number. According to sources close to the team, Samantha loved the idea and instantly agreed to be a part of Pushpa. The song shoot will happen between November 25 and November 30 at a special set in Hyderabad.

Directed by Sukumar, Pushpa follows the lives of red sandalwood smugglers in the Seshachalam Hills of the Rayalaseema region of Andhra Pradesh. The film will be released in two parts. The first part titled ‘Pushpa: The Rise’ will release in theatres on December 17 in multiple languages.

Pushpa features Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil in lead roles. Jagapathi Babu, Prakash Raj, Dhananjay, Sunil, Anasuya Bharadwaj and Harish Uthaman will play supporting roles in the film. The action thriller has music composed by Devi Sri Prasad.

On the other hand, Samantha has signed back to back films with top directors and production houses. She was seen chilling in Chennai amidst rain and cool weather. Meanwhile, the first look poster of Samantha’s rom-com Kaathvaakula Rendu Kaadhal with Vijay Sethupathi and Nayanthara was out today. The actress is playing Khatija in the film. She also has Shakunthalam and two Tamil-Telugu bilingual films in the pipeline.
