Sahu Garapati to Produce Venkatesh–Kalyan Ram–Anil Ravipudi’s Sankranthi 2027 Entertainer

A major multi-starrer project has been officially announced by Shine Screens, bringing together Venkatesh Daggubati, Nandamuri Kalyan Ram, and blockbuster director Anil Ravipudi. Tentatively referred to as #VenkyAnil5 and #NkrAR2, the film is being planned as a grand festive entertainer targeting a Sankranthi 2027 release.

The project will be produced by Sahu Garapati under the Shine Screens banner, which has been on a successful streak with films like Bhagavanth Kesari and Mana ShankaraVaraPrasad Garu. The film will be presented by Suresh Productions and Smt. Archana, with Zee Studios joining as co-producer, making it a strong collaboration of leading banners.

This film marks a significant milestone for director Anil Ravipudi, as it will be his fifth collaboration with Venkatesh after delivering successful entertainers like F2: Fun and Frustration, F3: Fun and Frustration, Sankranthiki Vasthunam, and MSG. At the same time, it reunites him with Kalyan Ram after the blockbuster success of Pataas. The film also marks the third collaboration between Anil Ravipudi and Shine Screens, further strengthening their successful partnership.

Known for his clean, family-oriented storytelling, Anil Ravipudi is designing this project as a wholesome entertainer packed with humour, emotions, and festive elements. The narrative is expected to cater to audiences across all age groups, aligning with the director’s signature style.

Currently in the pre-production stage, the team is working on finalising the script to match the high expectations surrounding the project. A grand pooja ceremony is expected to kickstart the film soon, after which the makers will announce the official title and additional cast and crew details.

With a star-studded combination, a proven commercial director, and backing from prominent production houses, this film is already shaping up to be one of the most anticipated releases of Sankranthi 2027, promising a full-fledged festive treat at the box office.
