Lions let loose in city to keep people inside houses to prevent coronavirus?

While the novel coronavirus is spreading like wildfire around the globe infecting more than three and a half lakh people and killing in excess of fifteen thousand rumours about it too spreads faster than that.  The latest is a photograph showing lions prowling a city in the night and news doing the rounds that Russian President Vladimir Putin has let loose the big cats to keep people from coming out of their houses during self quarantining.

It has now been revealed that the photo in fact is from 2016 taken at Johannesburg in South Africa during a film shooting.  It has no connection whatsoever with the novel COVID 19.  However, it is best for all those concerned to stay indoors as if real lions are prowling on the streets and maintain social distancing and hygiene to stay safe from the deadly unseen enemy.
