The novel coronavirus pandemic has touched its peak with the affected among global population crossing 1 million and the death count crossing 50 thousand. The Tamil Nadu and the Indian government has enforced lockdown for 21 days in an attempt to curb the spread though there is a sharp increase in patients in the country with India recording 2567 patients.

The robots would be used to deliver food and medicines to minimize contact with medical personnel.
