Calls to Remove President Biden Over Mental Fitness: West Virginia AG Urges Vice President Action

West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey has called on Vice President Harris to use the 25th Amendment and get President Joe Biden out of leading the country because of his inability to carry out duties incumbent on the President because of his physical and mental conditions.

His call comes in the aftermath of a 388-page special counsel report recently unveiled in which it describes President Joe Biden as a “well-meaning elderly man with a bad memory.” Morrisey emphasized the critical nature of the issue regarding Biden’s mental faculties as described in the report, stressing that it should not be taken lightly.

In a letter to Vice President Harris, Morrisey, a Republican, wrote that Americans have watched Biden’s deep cognitive descent for too long. He underscored moments at public events and while engaging foreign leaders that he has been using to exemplify signs of the supposed cognitive decline in Biden.

Morrisey has emphasized that a mentally fit president is what he demanded and referred to the legal basis of the given request to Congress in the 25th Amendment.

Although the 25th Amendment has never been invoked in U.S. history, several other Republicans have recently expressed sentiments similar to Morrisey’s call.

On the same day, the Biden administration rejected accusations of cognitive decline by saying that the president was “sharp” and that he did not need to take such cognitive tests in his normal checkup with his physician, Dr. Kevin O’Connor.

The fact that the White House insisted that all was well was unable to hide the fact that the president was under siege for gaffes and mistakes, and his competitors had exploited these mistakes to prop up their positions.
