Music director Ravi Basrur of 'KGF' and 'Salaar' fame is following up his oeuvre with the pan-India political thriller 'Sasanasabha'. The film, directed by Venu Madikanti and starring Indrasena as the hero, has got four songs in total.
It's learned that the composer has dished out solid tunes for the songs, one of which is an item song filmed on Hebah Patel. "The special number has been sung by Mangli. It's going to be one of the peppiest songs of the season," a source says.
The other three songs, too, are going to be unique. Says producer Shanmugam Sappani, "We are ensuring the highest quality songs and background music. Ravi Basrur is delivering rousing work. His RR is fierce."
The film, co-starring Rajendra Prasad, Aishwarya Raj Bhakuni, Sonia Agarwal, Prudhviraj and others, has the story written by Raghavendra Reddy. Krishna Murali is its cinematographer. The political thriller will be released in Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam, and Hindi. The makers are elated that the motion poster of the film, released weeks ago, has been a hit.
