Director Thiagarajan Kumararaja, who had debuted before 8 years with the national awards winning neo-noir movie Aaranya Kaandam, is returning to silver screens again with Super Deluxe, starring Vijay Sethupathi, Fahadh Faasil, Samantha, Ramya Krishnan and Mysskin.

In a recent interview, actress Ramya Krishnan shared her experience working in Super Deluxe. She said that, when Thiagarajan kumararaja had first come to meet her on the day of shooting, she had told him that her first should be the best, and he promised to have it best.

“The shot went for many retakes, and was finalized after a total of 37 takes. That was when I was reminded of Vijay Sethupathi saying that he had 80 retakes for his scene” said Ramya Krishnan, who added that never before in her career did she have so many takes, and asserted that this will never happen again as well.
