‘Ramba Oorvasi Menaka’ Teaser: Allari Naresh Gets Back to What He Does Best

After exploring different genres, Allari Naresh is back in familiar territory with ‘Ramba Oorvasi Menaka’, a fantasy comedy directed by Chandra Mohan Chintada. The makers have now unveiled the teaser, giving audiences a glimpse into the film’s quirky premise, rural setting and comedy-driven narrative.

The story revolves around a magical family book that is believed to possess the power to bring Ramba, Oorvasi and Menaka from Indra Lokam to Earth. A father spends 25 years trying to fulfil this wish, and when it finally comes true, the result is far from what he expected. The arrival of the three celestial beauties leads to a series of unexpected and hilarious situations.

Allari Naresh appears to be in his element as the teaser gives him plenty of opportunities to showcase his comic timing. The unusual situations, rural backdrop and fantasy elements add a distinct flavour to the proceedings. Surabhi plays the female lead, while Vennela Kishore takes on the role of Indra.

Vennela Kishore’s appearance in the final portion is one of the teaser’s notable moments. His delivery of the popular “Kathanduko Janaki” dialogue associated with legendary actor Krishnam Raju adds an interesting touch. Naresh VK plays Allari Naresh’s father, while Rashi Singh, Vishnupriya and Prisha Singh portray the three celestial beauties.

The supporting cast includes Srinivas Reddy, Racha Ravi and Muralidhar Goud in important roles. Director Chandra Mohan Chintada seems to have opted for a straightforward entertainment-driven approach, keeping fantasy and comedy at the centre of the story.

Technically, Raam Reddy handles the cinematography, capturing both the earthy rural setting and the larger-than-life world of Indra Lokam. Brahma Kadali is the production designer, Chaitan Bharadwaj provides the music, and Chota K Prasad takes care of the editing.
