Ram Charan, Upasana attend Sharwanand’s engagement

Sharwanand got engaged to Rakshita Reddy, a US-based NRI working in the software industry, on Thursday. 

The Ram Charan-Upasana Konidela duo was present to bless the couple. It may be noted that the ‘RRR’ actor and the ‘Oke Oka Jeevitham’ actor are childhood buddies. 

Sharwanand holds his association with the Mega family close to his heart. He calls the ‘Waltair Veerayya’ actor Chiranjeevi ‘Uncle’. So, it was only to be expected that Charan was there with his family to attend the engagement. 

In 2021, at the pre-release event of ‘Sreekaram’, Chiranjeevi said, “Sharwanand is a childhood friend of Ram Charan. I don’t know when exactly he wanted to become an actor. When I was doing a Thums Up ad many years ago, we needed a young partner to act by my side. I asked Sharwanand to act in that ad. That was perhaps his first onscreen appearance. Chiru added that Sharwa also played a role in ‘Shankardada MBBS’.
