Rakul condemns senior artiste’s remarks

Rakul Preet Singh, who strongly feels about women's issues, has slammed the irresponsible remarks made by Chalapathi Rao during the pre-release event of 'Rarandoi Veduka Chuddam'.  

She has been quoted saying that she would have slammed the artiste on the dais had she known the meaning of the derogatory remarks.  Rakul feels that Rao being a veteran should behave well.  "Such comments may wrongly affect the image of those associated with him," she has been quoted saying by a spokesperson.

Rakul feels that, although new entrants to the industry are known to keep mum about such issues, this time she felt she should speak out as someone had gone too far.  

Recall that only recently, reacting to Bhavana's molestation, the star actress said that she would have killed them if it were her.
