‘Rakshasudu’, the Telugu remake of the Tamil movie ‘Ratsasan’, is most likely to lock horns with Sharwanand’s ‘Ranarangam’. The thriller will hit the screens on August 2.
Starring Bellamkonda Sai Sreenivas and Anupama Parameswaran, the remake has been directed by Ramesh Varma. Its release is going to be by Abhishek Pictures. With BGM by Ghibran (who is working on ‘Saaho’ currently), its dialogues are by Sagar. While story and screenplay are by Ram Kumar, the cinematography is by Venkat C Dilip.
The film’s shoot was completed in a short time by having it shot at a stretch. This is Bellamkonda’s hope after the disastrous ‘Sita’ in May.
