Bharathiraja appreciates Rajnikanth’s political strategy!

Superstar Rajnikanth had yesterday announced in a press meet that when he starts his political party, he will not be the Chief ministerial candidate but will only be the leader of the party, and he also said that he will remove unwanted posts from his party after elections.

Even as the actor’s statements have been receiving mixed reactions, director Bharathiraja, who had earlier opposed Rajnikanth’s political entry claiming that only a Tamil can rule Tamil Nadu has supported Rajni’s views. Bharathiraja has issued a statement about Rajnikanth.

In his statement, Bharathiraja has referred Rajnikanth as a great human, and has welcomed all the schemes wholeheartedly, saying that it would prove benevolent to Tamil society. He has said that, Rajni standing for Tamilian ruling the Tamils sets him apart from greedy persons, and that his principles for the welfare of Tamil society sets him far ahead of the contemporary political class.
