Superstar Rajinikanth’s ‘Jailer with Sun Pictures and director Nelson Dilipkumar has been on the floors. A day after Kannada superstar Shiva Rajkumar confirmed that he would be joining the shoot this week, it is now the turn of Ramya Krishna.
The star actress of the 1990s, who was recently seen in ‘Liger’, today joined the unit in Chennai. On Day 1, from the floors of the movie, she put out a post and made a reference to ‘Padayappa’, which is the Tamil version’s title of her breakout film with Rajinikanth. “My padayappa and now my JAILER.. (sic),” she wrote. The combination of the Rajini-Ramya Krishna duo rides on high expectations. If there are comedy scenes between them, it will be interesting.
The film has music by Anirudh Ravichander. Vijay Karthik Kannan is its directorial of photography. Edited by R Nirmal, the action comedy also features Vasanth Ravi, Yogi Babu and Vinayakan.
