Aamir Khan Reveals He’s a Lifelong Fan of Rajinikanth; Talks About Role in ‘Coolie’

Actor Aamir Khan has expressed his admiration for superstar Rajinikanth, stating, “I am a huge fan of Rajinikanth.”

Aamir made this statement while promoting his upcoming film, Sitaare Zameen Par, directed by R.S. Prasanna, which is set to release on June 20. As part of the promotional activities, Aamir gave an interview where he spoke about the film Coolie for the first time.

In the interview, Aamir mentioned his role in Coolie, which stars Rajinikanth and is directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj. He said, “After Lokesh finishes directing Kaithi 2, I will be working with him on another project. In the meantime, I have played a special appearance role in Rajini sir’s Coolie. It was a great experience working with him.”

He further added, “I have great love and respect for Rajini sir. I have been a lifelong fan. When Lokesh told me that the film stars Rajini sir, I agreed to the role without even listening to the full script. My character in Coolie is quite interesting and I’m sure audiences will enjoy it.”
