England batsman Liam Livingstone has left the Rajasthan Royals team to return home, apparently due to bubble fatigue accumulated over the past year. The player was bought by Rajasthan Royals in the 2021 auction for Rs 75 lakh.
Liam Livingstone, who did not feature in any of the three matches Rajasthan Royals (RR) played in the ongoing 14th edition of IPL so far, has flown back to England, as per a tweet by the team's official social media handle. "Liam Livingstone has flown back home late last night, due to bubble fatigue accumulated over the past year. We understand and respect his decision, and will continue supporting him in any way we can," Rajasthan Royals wrote on Twitter.
Rajasthan Royals previously had to bid goodbye to Ben Stokes, who was one of the key players of the team. Stokes returned home after he fractured his finger during the team's second match against Punjab Kings when he dived forward to take a catch.
