Rajamouli’s brother insults ‘Adipurush’

SS Kanchi, who worked on RRR’s script development, has been a long-term associate of his brother SS Rajamouli. Kanchi is also known for penning ‘Eega’ and ‘Maryada Ramanna’. He also worked as an associate writer for ‘Magadheera’.

Kanchi has lashed out at ‘Adipurush’. In a recent tweet, he remarked that only a Telugu filmmaker is qualified to make a mythological. The Telugu-language tweet was put out by Kanchi just an hour or two after the teaser of ‘Adipurush’ was released. 

He also wrote a tweet in which he used the word ‘cartoon’. It’s an unabashed rant against the Om Raut directorial. 

Kanchi has been vocal about movies on social media. Not many take note of his comments even though he is closely connected with the Rajamouli camp. But some social media users take him seriously and troll him. They are accusing him of running down ‘Adipurush’ on the basis of just the teaser.
