Raghava Lawrence to resort back to his blockbuster horror comedy franchise ‘Kanchana’!

Raghava Lawrence, post the success of ‘Jigarthanda Double X’, is on a roll with a lineup of action-packed thrillers including ‘Adhigaaram’ penned by Vetrimaaran, ‘Benz’ with a story by Lokesh Kanagaraj, and ‘Hunter’ helmed by Venkat Mohan. The latest update is that he is set to return to the blockbuster horror-comedy franchise, ‘Kanchana’, up next.

Following the success of the first four films in the Muni/Kanchana franchise, Raghava Lawrence is gearing up for the fifth installment, tentatively titled ‘Kanchana 4’ aka ‘Muni 5’. He earlier revealed in an interview that script development for the project is underway, with shooting scheduled to commence in September.

Raghava Lawrence is set to take on multiple roles in ‘Kanchana 4’ aka ‘Muni 5’, serving as producer, director, and lead actor. Further specifics about the project will be disclosed once the production details are finalized. Additionally, Lawrence reportedly has plans for several other projects under his banner, although the timelines for those ventures remain uncertain.
