Raghava Lawrence keeps his word – wins fans’ hearts by his selfless gesture!

Suriya starrer investigative courtroom drama ‘Jai Bhim’ was released on Amazon Prime last November. The film directed by TJ Gnanavel is based on a true case – a legal battle of the tribal woman over her husband’s death. Parvathy Ammal is the real-life woman, who fought against the oppression in society for justice. 

The world learnt about Parvathy Ammal’s life and her financial struggles after the movie became a success. Last year, famous actor Raghava Lawrence met Parvathy Ammal and promised to build a house for her after knowing that she doesn’t even have a house of her own. 

But Raghava Lawrence decided to give the money allotted for the house to Parvathi Ammal, her daughter and two sons after the Tamil Nadu government announced that it would offer a house for the family. Recently, Lawrence invited Parvathy Ammal’s family to his office. 

There, the actor handed over the money that was meant for the house to Parvathy Ammal, her daughter and her sons as he promised earlier. The photos of their meeting have surfaced over the internet and are going viral among the fans. The netizens are applauding Raghava Lawrence for his kind gesture.
