The Nadigar Sangam's Star Cricket Tournament saw the participation of hundreds of Kollywood actors and leading stars who all united under the umbrella of the Sangam as its members. Leading stars from the neighborhood film industries also participated as a show of support for the Sangam's efforts to construct a new building.

However the previous office-bearers and most of their supporters were missing. Former President of the Sangam, R.Sarathkumar, his wife and senior actress Radhika, former General Secretary Radharavi and Silambarasan who contested on behalf of Sarathkumar's team in last year's election did not turn up for the star-studded event.

Radhika who has been vocal in Twitter about various issues pertaining to the Nadigar Sangam has alleged that the present team of office-bearers who organized the tournament did not even invite the outgoing administrators. Radhika further stated she was also not invited for the event.

We will have to wait for the Nadigar Sangam's response to Radhika's allegation.
