PVP Cinemas is a production house known for spending lavishly for the quality of the films and myriad promotions to make sure that it reaches even the target audience till the last point.

Recently there were rumors that the production house which has given quality super hits like 'Naan Ee', 'Viswaroopam' and the most recent Thozha' is contemplating to quit the Tamil film industry as their many of their films in the recent years films have bombed at the box office with the 'Thozha' being an exception.

However the official press release from PVP Cinemas has proved this to be a mere rumor. Here are the excerpts of PVP's clarification.

"We are aware of the fact that it is a day dream of certain vested interests. We are a seasoned production house and we are fully aware of low and high tides in the film industry. An occasional drawback can not spell doom for an established firm like ours. We have a important line of films, 1 much expected Hero-Director combination would possibly be the biggest of our time. May we request your good self to ignore the dirty rumor on our company's closure."
