Proud of my husband, Dr. Pasha: Sanjjanaa Galrani

It’s known that Sanjjanaa Galrani has been married to Dr. Azeez Pasha, a vascular surgeon from Bengaluru. On National Doctors Day today, the actress revealed that she is proud of her husband for being a dutiful doctor in the time of the pandemic.

Describing doctors as real heroes, Sanjjanaa said that the professionals have proved that they are next only to God when it comes to saving precious lives by putting themselves at risk during the pandemic. “They have had the option to just stay home and stay safe with their families. Yet, they have not,” the actress said.

She revealed that she has argued with her husband a number of times since the pandemic began. “I asked him to take a month off at the very least. I argued with him at length. But he made it clear to me that he wants to serve people first,” the actress said, adding that it has never gone down very well with her, as in her case, like every other woman, her family is her first priority.

She further said that she understands that marriage is about accommodating each other’s priorities. Saying that her husband’s work is empowering, Sanjjanaa added that doctors are saving millions of lives selflessly.
