Producer S.R. Prabhu Hints at Festive Release for Suriya 45

Producer S.R. Prabhu recently shared exciting updates about Suriya 45, the highly anticipated film directed by RJ Balaji and starring Suriya and Trisha. Speaking to the media, he revealed that the team is aiming for a festive release to match the celebratory tone of the film.

Marking a reunion between Suriya and Trisha after a long hiatus, the film also features Shivada, Swasika, Yogi Babu, and Natty (Natarajan Subramanian) in pivotal roles. Music is composed by Sai Abhinayakar.

Currently, the production is progressing at a brisk pace, with the final leg of shooting expected to wrap up within a week, while post-production and other technical work are happening in parallel.

S.R. Prabhu assured that official updates—including the film’s title and promotional content—will begin rolling out by the second or third week of June. “The film has come out really well,” he said. “Since it’s a festive entertainer, we’re planning a release on a festival day so that audiences can enjoy it as a celebration.”

He added that updates will be released in a steady stream, building momentum leading up to the film’s release announcement.
