Priya Anand debuted in 'Vamanan' opposite Jai and has since rendered impressive performances in '180', 'Ethir Neechal', 'Arima Nambi', 'Vanakkam Chennai', 'Vai Raja Vai' and the recent 'LKG'. She is currently playing a prominent role opposite Dhruv Vikram in 'Aditya Varma' which is hitting the screens on November 8th and reunites with her 'Vanakkam Chennai' costar Shiva in 'Sumo'.

In a recent press interaction, Priya Anand has stated that Chiyaan Vikram gave her special treatment during the shooting of his son Dhruv's 'Aditya Varma' and she promised that the film will be different from the original 'Arjun Reddy' and its Hindi remake 'Kabir Singh'. When questioned about her marriage, Priya shared that she is confident that her "Thala Deepavali" will be in 2020 hinting that she is planning to tie the knot next year.
