Pre-Sales Frenz: ‘OG’ Off to a Flying Start in the USA

Tollywood is buzzing with excitement as Pawan Kalyan’s upcoming period action drama They Call Him OG heads toward its grand worldwide release on September 25, 2025. Expectations are already sky-high, and the early box-office trends only reinforce the craze.

In the USA, pre-sales have kicked off on a strong note. With just 46 premiere shows announced, the film has already raked in a whopping $82,000+ from nearly 3,000 tickets, signaling massive enthusiasm ahead of its release. Full-fledged bookings open tomorrow (August 29), and industry experts predict that collections will climb rapidly in the coming days.

Back home in India, anticipation is no less intense. The makers have left no stone unturned, and fans are eagerly waiting for impactful updates — especially a power-packed trailer. So far, two songs from the film have been released, both of which have struck a chord with music lovers, further fueling the hype.

Produced by DVV Danayya and Kalyan Dasari on a massive scale, They Call Him OG features Priyanka Mohan as the female lead, while Bollywood actor Emraan Hashmi steps into the antagonist’s role. Music by Thaman has already set the stage for a thunderous release.

With Pawan Kalyan’s star power, a gripping period setting, and a strong team backing it, They Call Him OG is on track to become one of the most eagerly awaited blockbusters of 2025.
