Popular female director Praveena passes away

Popular female casting director Praveena Mallisetty passed away in Hyderabad following a long battle with cancer.  She was 31 years old and has worked in many Telugu films. 

Chinmayi has paid tribute to Praveena stating “I lost a soul sister, a beam of joyous light in my circle of love to a prolonged battle with leukaemia yesterday. She was one of the finest casting directors in this country. Safe travels my love. Until I see you on the other side. Praveena Malisetti 1988-2019”.
