Prabhas Restarts Filming ‘The Raja Saab’ in Hyderabad

Rebel Star Prabhas is gearing up for his next big release, The Raja Saab, directed by Maruthi. The film’s shoot was briefly halted due to a recent union strike, but with the issues now resolved, production has resumed smoothly.

The shooting is currently ongoing in Hyderabad, and Prabhas has joined the set. This schedule will focus on filming major scenes featuring Prabhas and the supporting cast, and it is expected to continue until the end of the month. Following this, the team is set to move to Kerala for the next schedule starting on September 17, 2025. During this phase, Prabhas’ introduction song will be filmed.

After completing the Kerala shoot, the crew will travel abroad to shoot two more songs, marking the final stages of the production. The film’s producer, TG Vishwa Prasad, confirmed that the entire shoot will wrap up by the end of October 2025.

The Raja Saab is slated for release on January 9, 2026, a date chosen in response to requests from distributors and fans. The film stars Malavika Mohanan, Riddhi Kumar, and Nidhhi Agerwal in lead female roles, while Sanjay Dutt will be seen playing Prabhas’ grandfather. With its unique mix of horror, comedy, and romance, the film promises to be a complete entertainer for Prabhas fans.
