'Ponniyin Selvan 2' the sequel to Mani Ratnam's all time blockbuster hit epic movie 'Ponniyin Selvan' is all set to hit the screens worldwide on April 28th. Like last year the all starcast have embarked on a nationwide promotional tour.

Today Chiyaan Vikram, Jayam Ravi and Karthi who play the chola princes Aditya Karikalan, Arunmozhi Varman and Vanthiyadevan respectively have landed in Coimbatore. The ever pretty "Kundavai" Trisha and "Poonguzhali" Aishwarya Lekshmi also joined their leading men.

The 'PS-2' promotional event will be held at 4.30pm at the Prozone Mall in Coimbatore where the stars will be entertaining fans. Sources say that all the major stars have allotted the next fifteen days for the promotions.

'Ponniyin Selvan 2' has music by A.R. Rahman and stars Vikram, Karthi, Jayam Ravi, Aishwarya Rai, Trisha, Vikram Prabhu, Aishwarya Lakshmi, Prabhu, Jayaram, Nizhalgal Ravi, Sarathkumar, Parthiban, Rahman, Kishore, Ashwin, Riaz Khan, Lal, Mohan Raman, Prakashraj, Balaji Sakthivel and others.
