Actress Jyothika is all set to return on screens with Ponmagal Vandhaal directed by debutant JJ Frederick, and this movie produced by Suriya and Jyothika's 2D Entertainment is all set to have an OTT release on Amazon prime video on May 29. This movie has music scored by 96 fame Govind Vasantha.

Jyothika plays a lawyer in this movie and while it was that Jyothika is the Ponmagal, it actually represents her daughter in the movie, as the first song Vaa Chellam is about a child and now Vaan Thooralgal song from the movie released recently is about mother - daughter bond. This song crooned by Chinmayi is about a single parent expressing that her daughter gives a meaning to her life, and Umadevi's lyrics and Govind's breezy composition makes the song instantly likable.
