List of new OTT releases: Pongal blockbusters are gearing up for the premiere!

A treat is awaiting the fans as Pongal blockbusters are set to hit the popular streaming platforms. Not just from Tamil, biggies from multiple languages will be available to watch on OTT this weekend. More than a dozen films and series are debuting soon. Here’s a complete list of new releases:

Captain Miller (Tamil) on Prime Video – An extravagant action drama which is also Dhanush’s biggest film to date. The film is about a renegade soldier dealing with a complicated social dilemma and turning into a rebel. Directed by Arun Matheswaran, it features Dhanush, Shiva Rajkumar, Priyanka Mohan, Sundeep Kishan and many others with music by GV Prakash. It premieres on February 9th.

Ayalaan (Tamil) on Sun Nxt – Sivakarthikeyan starrer alien sci-fi entertainer directed by Ravikumar. This is the Indian film with the most number of VFX shots. The spectacular VFX works and fresh scenes worked well with the target audience and got rave reviews. This film is likely to stream on February 9.

Guntur Karaam (Telugu) on Netflix – Tollywood superstar Mahesh Babu’s Sankranti blockbuster, directed by Trivikram. The film is an action family entertainer also starring Sreeleela, Meenakshi Chaudhary, Ramya Krishnan and others. With music by Thaman, it debuts on February 9.

Ippadikku Kaadhal (Tamil) on Aha – Bharath’s new family drama film, also starring Janani. This film is all set to directly release in Aha on February 9.

Bhakshak (Hindi) on Netflix – Bhumi Padnekar starrer crime thriller based on true events. It releases on February 9.

BubbleGum (Telugu) on Aha – A romance drama starring Roshan Kanakala and Maanasa Choudhary. It comes to OTT on February 9.

Kaatera (Kannada) on Zee5 – A blockbuster action drama starring Darshan and Aradhana Ram. The film streams on February 9.

Lantrani (Hindi) on Zee5 – February 9.

Khichdi 2 (Hindi) on Zee5 – February 9.

Aynabaji (Bengali) on Hoichoi – February 8.

Jai Mahendran (Malayalam) – Sony Liv Series – First Malayalam web series. It releases on February 9.

Aarya Season 3 Part 2 (Hotstar) – Disney+ Hostar Series – February 9.

A Killer Paradox (Korean) – Netflix Series – February 9.

Raisinghani Vs Raisinghani (Hotstar) – SonyLiv Series – February 12.
