The Pollachi gang rape case is continuing to dominate the headlines of all forms of media in Tamil Nadu and more and more celebrities are voicing their concern over the gruesome incident.  Four men Sabarirajan, Thirunavukkarasu, Vasanthakumar, and Satheesh are the accused in custody who gang-raped a girl and videotaped it and are also said to have done the same to over a hundred women in that district.

Reacting to the Pollachi rape case actress Sindhu of 'Angadi Theru' fame has released a video in which she angrily urges the authorities to gun down the culprits in the middle of the road like how they do it in foreign countries.

Sindhu has further put forward the suggestion that the government of Tamil Nadu should legalize prostitution like in Mumbai, Pune and Hyderabad so that sexually frustrated men can find an outlet.  she is of the opinion that this would definitely protect family girls from sexual predators.

Sindhu has also come down heavily on women stating that the girls should trust in their parents to marry them off to a proper person and not fall prey to rogues and rapists.
