Hours before Thursday midnight, Jr NTR’s fans gathered outside his house to wish him a happy birthday. At least 100-150 fans are estimated to have gathered outside Tarak’s house and waited for hours. They didn’t budge even when they heard the news that the ‘Roudram Ranam Rudhiram’ actor was away with family to celebrate a birthday party at an undisclosed location.
When the fans, almost all of them male, refused to go away from the place, the Jubilee Hills police took charge of maintaining calm in the area. They asked them to leave the place and not create a ruckus at odd hours. When the fans refused to do so, the police resorted to lathi-charge. Visuals of the lathi-charging have been captured by TV channels. Tarak’s zealous fans are seen running away to escape the beatings.
A few media reports have said that the fans went berserk after they saw the ‘Aravindha Sametha’ actor cutting a cake. But nothing of that sort happened.
A while ago on Friday, Tarak’s 31st movie poster was released by Mythri Movie Makers and NTR Arts. Helmed by Prashanth Neel, the untitled film will commence its production works in April next year.
