Pic Talk: Ram Charan with stylist ahead of ‘RRR’ shoot

In November 2018, celebrity hairstylist Aalim Hakim came on board to style Ram Charan for ‘Roudram Ranam Rudhiram’. SS Rajamouli made it a point to rope him in after seeing his work for films like ‘Baahubali’ and ‘Sye’. It was Hakim who had styled Nithin for the rugby-based drama, ‘Sye’.

The news is that Hakim today landed in Hyderabad to work on Mega Power Star’s hairdo ahead of a schedule of the much-awaited movie. “Today In Hyderabad, Lockdown 2.0 is lifted and the movies have resumed their shoots,” Hakim revealed on Instagram.

He said that he had started his day with a haircut for Charan. Posting a pic of himself with Charan, the stylist described Rajamouli as everyone’s favourite.

Hakim has styled Charan after deeply studying his character in ‘RRR’, the period drama that has cast the ‘Rangasthalam’ actor as Alluri Sitharamaraju. “I go deep down to the roots of the character before styling an actor,” he once said in an interview.

Starring Jr NTR as Komaram Bheem, the film has Alia Bhatt and Olivia Morris as the heroines.
