The other day, it was reported that Kangana Ranaut has started shooting for ‘Thalaivi’, the J Jayalalithaa biopic. The Bollywood actress has shared a few on-location pics, describing her director as an affectionate and super-talented person.
“These are some stills from Monday’s early morning scene discussion with my absolutely talented and most affectionate director AL Vijay ji. There are many amazing places in this world but the most soothing and comforting to me is a film set,” Kangana tweeted on Monday.
The biopic has the screenplay by KV Vijayendra Prasad, the ‘Baahubali’ writer. Rajat Arora is also associated with the writing department. Also starring ‘Dhruva’ actor Arvind Swamy, Prakash Raj, Poorna, and Madhoo, the biopic will hit the screens in 2021.
Kangana, who was recently in the news over a public tiff with the Uddhav Thackeray government in Maharashtra, is also committed to doing a couple of Bollywood projects such as ‘Dhaakad’ and ‘Tejas’.
