Pawan Kalyan has on Monday said that Undavalli has spoken a profound truth. It's that only political accountability can redeem the state of Andhra Pradesh. "What Undavalli Garu spoke in this video is a profound truth. Every individual in the state has a responsibility to strive for clean politics," the Jana Sena leader tweeted out.
In the video Power Star shared, Undavalli says that the only way for the people of AP to save themselves is by voting out any party which pays Rs. 2000 or so for each vote. "Don't vote for such parties.
But I know it's not easy. It's because poor people don't cheat. Once they take something like Rs. 2000, they think that it would be sinful on their part not to cast their vote for that party.
Please note that you (voters) are being paid just Rs. 1.09 per day for five years. And you give the party in power the right to decide how more than Rs. 9,50,000 Cr should be spent in the next five years," Undavalli said.
