Director Sudha Kongara’s upcoming film ‘Parashakti’, starring Sivakarthikeyan, Ravi Mohan, Atharvaa, and Sree Leela, is currently in production. The film is produced by Akash Bhaskaran under the banner of Don Pictures.
Speaking at a recent event, director Sudha Kongara revealed, “There are 40 more days of shooting left for Parashakti. We’re currently waiting for Sivakarthikeyan to return. He is in Sri Lanka for the shoot of his other film Madarasi. Once that wraps up, we’ll resume the remaining schedule for Parashakti.”
When asked if the film deals with North Indian dominance, she clarified, “That’s just media speculation. I never said that. This is simply a story about brothers, nothing more.”
The media has also been abuzz about a possible clash between Parashakti and Vijay’s Jananayagan. On this, Sudha responded, “It’s only being talked about in the media. We haven’t officially announced our release date yet. That decision lies with the producer.”
The team behind Parashakti is focused on completing the shoot, while the release date and related decisions will be made at a later time.
