Pa.Ranjith’s Breaking announcement about ‘Kaala Karikaalan’

Within hours after the revelation of title of his next with Superstar Rajinikanth, director Pa.Ranjith has made some other much expected announcements about his fourth film and his second with the everlasting Superstar after 'Kabali'.

In his interview to Tamil news channels, Ranjith confirmed that the first look poster of 'Kaala Karikalan' will be released by this evening. He also confirmed that the star cast of the film will be announced tomorrow. He stated that this film will have a new set of actors and the actors who appeared in 'Kabali' will not be present in 'Kaala Karikalan'.

The 'Madras' director further confirmed that the shooting of 'Kaala Karikalan' will begin in Mumbai on May 28, 2017 as announced earlier.

As per earlier reports Huma Quereshi is making her Kollywood debut playing the female lead in this film while Samuthirakani has been roped in for an important supporting character. We will have to wait for a day to know whether these information are true.

'Kaala Karikalan' is being produced by Rajinikanth's son-in-law Dhanush, under his Wunderbar Films banner. Santhosh Narayanan is the music director. Murali Gopi is the cinematographer while Sreekar Prasad will handle the Editing work.
