Sindhu’s connection with Namma Chennai and Captain Vijayakanth

India's first women Silver Gold medalist P.V.Sindhu has made the entire country proud at the 2016 Olympics in Rio. From the Prime minister to the common man, everyone is praising the 21-year-old champion in all the ways possible.

Now it has come out that the Hyderabad-based Badminton wizard has a deep striking connection with Chennai and our Captain Vijayakanth.

Sindhu is the captain of Chennai Smashers team owned by Vijayakanth's son Vijaya Prabhakaran. The team participated in the Indian Badminton league.

It is also reliably learned that Sindhu and Prabhakaran are good friends and trained together in the sport. A video in which they jointly present a dubsmash of a conversation between Vijay Sethupathi and Nayanthara in 'Naanum Rowdy Dhaan' is spreading virally in social media.

Unconfirmed sources also reveal that Prabhakaran is one of the main sponsors of Sindhu.
