Official! Simbu and Gautham Karthik in ‘Pathu Thala’ censor and runtime reports out

Simbu and Gautham Karthik’s action biggie, ‘Pathu Thala’, is all set for a grand release on March 30. Though it is an official remake of the Kannada super hit ‘Mufti’, the movie’s director Obeli N Krishna already confirmed that he had made major changes to the script. 

Pathu Thala is a battle between the gangster AGR (Simbu) and an undercover cop whose cover has been blown (Gautham Karthik). Now, the hot news is that the film has completed the censor process with a U/A certificate from the censor board. As per the reports, the flick’s runtime is around 2 hours and 32 minutes (152 minutes).

AR Rahman composed the musical score of Pathu Thala, produced by Studio Green. The ensemble star cast of the movie includes Priya Bhavani Shankar, Gautham Menon, Kalaiyarasan, Teejay, Joe Malloori, Redin Kingsley and others. The technical team includes Farook J Basha as the cinematographer and Praveen KL as the editor.
