NTR biopic: Of "Anti" dialogues & alleged delay

It's known that the biopic of NT Rama Rao is being made into two parts: ‘NTR Kathanayakudu’ and ‘NTR Mahanayakudu’. The titles say it all. The first edition will deal with NT Rama Rao's cine life and the latter, the legend's political journey.
Of late, it has been rumoured that 'Mahanayakudu' won't hit the screens on January 24 (2019) but will be postponed. The claim is that Krish Jagarlamudi and his writers are rewriting some scenes to suit the changed political dynamics pertaining to the Telugu Desam Party politics. Allegedly, dialogues that mirror NTR's pronounced anti-Congressism have been mellowed down to ensure that there is no much antipathy in the movie towards the Congress. This has reportedly been done at the behest of Balakrishna after the TDP-Congress have buried the hatchet.
As things stand, there is nothing to suggest that the makers of the biopic are postponing the movie or rewriting some scenes. There is this theory that 'Mahanayakudu' never had pronounced anti-Congress dialogues in the first place and so, the question of removing them doesn't arise. But what is the truth, nobody knows!
